After years of experience with respected tree care companies including Bartlett and Davey, ISA Board Certified Master Arborist Gabe Thompson (#SO-10609B) and his wife, Lauren, founded Greenbrier Tree Experts in 2021.

Today, Greenbrier Tree Experts remains a family-owned company built around professional arboriculture, thoughtful service, and long-term relationships with the clients we serve.

Our work ranges from essential tree care, including pruning and removal, to more specialized services such as fertilization, root collar excavation, and root-system improvement. Each recommendation is made with the long-term health, safety, and value of the landscape in mind.

Gabe also holds the ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualification (TRAQ), a specialized credential focused specifically on evaluating tree risk. This additional training supports informed, defensible recommendations when determining whether a tree presents a meaningful concern or can reasonably remain in place.
