Do You Remove The Wood Chips After Grinding?

No, we don't generally remove the wood chips and debris after grinding. However, if you prefer, we can remove the grindings for you.

Can I Plant A New Tree Where The Stump Was?

Yes, after the stump is ground down, you can plant new trees or other plants in the that spot. We generally recommend letting that area lay fallow or untouched for 6 months to allow the natural process of decomposition to return the grindings to a form more conducive to planting.

Does Stump Grinding Remove The Roots?

Stump grinding removes the visible part of the stump down to a 5-6 inches below ground level. We can chase running roots near the surface for an additional fee.

Is Stump Grinding Noisy?
