1. What the Site is for

The Site describes our services and service area and lets you request a quote. Content on the Site, including blog posts and pricing information, is general information about tree care and is not a substitute for an on-site assessment.

2. Quotes and estimates

• Submitting the quote form is a request, not a contract. We'll follow up to discuss the work and, where appropriate, look at the trees in person.
• Prices shown on the Site are typical ranges, not binding quotes. The actual price depends on the tree, the site, access, and the scope we agree to in writing.
• We may decline any request, including work outside our service area.

3. Your submissions

By submitting information or photos through the Site you confirm that:

• the information is accurate and you're authorized to provide it;
• you own the photos or have the right to share them; and
• you give us permission to use them to evaluate and perform the work you requested.

We won't use your photos for marketing without asking you first.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the Site to send spam, submit false requests, probe or overload the Site, or attempt to access the site editor or any non-public part of the Site. We may block traffic that does.

5. Our content

The text, photos, logo, and design of the Site belong to The Greenbrier Tree Expert Company LLC unless noted otherwise. You may view and share links to the Site; you may not copy or republish our content without permission. Map data on the service-area pages is © OpenStreetMap contributors.

6. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (for example, map providers or review platforms). We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available but don't promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or current at all times. Information on the Site about tree health, risk, or safety is general and does not constitute professional advice for your specific trees.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Tennessee law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, and nothing here limits our obligations under a written service agreement for tree work.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute about the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Robertson County, Tennessee.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
